At Magic Jaggery by Sneagnic, we take great care to ensure that our products reach customers in the best possible condition. Due to the nature of food and edible products, we follow a strict yet fair Refund & Return Policy. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns or refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, leaked, tampered, or incorrect
- The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery
- Clear photographic evidence or an unboxing video is shared with our support team
Requests that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return or refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for:
- Opened, used, or partially consumed food products
- Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery
- Products returned without original packaging
- Complaints raised after the 24-hour reporting window
3. Return Request Process
To initiate a return or refund request, customers must contact our support team and provide:
- Order ID
- Registered contact details
- Description of the issue
- Supporting images or unboxing video
All return requests are reviewed by our team before approval.
4. Inspection & Approval
- Once a return request is received, our team will evaluate the provided evidence.
- If approved, we may offer either a replacement or a refund, depending on stock availability and the nature of the issue.
- In some cases, return pickup may not be required, especially for damaged or perishable items.
5. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days from the date of approval.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
- The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Replacement Policy
- Replacements are subject to product availability.
- If replacement stock is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
- Replacement orders will be shipped as per our standard shipping process.
7. Order Cancellation & Refund
- Orders cancelled before dispatch are eligible for a full refund.
- Orders cancelled after dispatch are not eligible for refund.
Cancellation-related refunds are processed as per the Refund timelines mentioned above.
8. Courier-Related Issues
Magic Jaggery by Sneagnic is not responsible for damages caused after successful delivery confirmation. However, genuine transit-related issues reported within the allowed timeframe will be handled fairly.
9. No Exchange Policy
We do not offer product exchanges. Customers may request a replacement only in case of eligible damaged or incorrect items.
10. Policy Changes
Magic Jaggery by Sneagnic reserves the right to amend or update this Refund & Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page.
